How do I select my correct size?

Our sizing bundles come with step by step instructions on how to find your correct size nails.

To cover any variations in size between your hands, when ordering your nails, write your custom nail sizes in order of thumb, index, middle, ring and pinky e.g:

Left = 2, 5, 4.5, 6, 8

Right = 2, 5, 4.5, 6, 8

What nail shapes and lengths do you offer?

Round = XS, S & M.

Stiletto = S, M, & L.

Square = XS, S, M, & L.

Almond = XS, S, M, & L.

Coffin = XS, S, M, & L.

What do I do if the nails do not fit?

Chrome Capital is not held responsbible for incorrect fitting.

We recommend you follow the preperation guidelines as outlined in your sizing bundles, and if you are unsure about a nail size, to come back later in the day or the next day to recheck the sizes.

Can I customize the design?

Currently we are unable to change our designs, however we do offer a variety which we hope you would love and you can change the shape and length of your nail sets.

Are the nails reusable?

Yes our nails are completely reusable. By taking care of them and with careful removal between sets, our nails can be reused many times.

However, please keep in mind that it also depends on your lifestyle. To prolong your nails lifespan we recommend to avoiding constant excessive exposure to water, harsh chemicals, force or pressure.

How long do the nails stay on?

The durability depends on the glue you use, the quality of prep you do prior to sticking the nails on, and your lifestyle. Generally, using air dry gel glue extends wear for up to 2-4 weeks, however you can remove them and reset them as needed.

How many nails come in a set?

Each set contains ten nails.

Are the nails true to colour?

We have taken great to ensure our photos represent the actual designs as realistically as possible, however colous might differ slightly from the product images.

Are the nail designs complete replicas?

As all nails are handmade we cannot gurantee a 100% replication of the product images. But we take great care in ensuring an accurate replication that fits your nail shape and length.

Where are the nails made?

Your nails are hand design and handmade in the United Kingdom.

What materials do you use?

Chrome Capital only uses salon quality materials. We are currently using APRES, Beetles, and ESVY products.

Orders

Are returns and refunds available?

Chrome Capital is unable to process refunds and returns, however please contact for any issues or concerns, we may be able to help.

Can I change my order?

If you need to make any changes to your order such as nail sizes, lengths, shapes, cancelling the order, or changing the shipping address, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order.

Kindly note that though we will aim to meet your ammendments, we cannot guarantee them past 24 hours

What do I do if my package is lost?

Once handed over to the carrier, Chrome Capital has no control or responsability over the packages.

However we are happy to answer any phone queries and to attempt contacting the postal company, but we cannot quarantee any solutions.

We recommend contacting the local post company responsible for delivering your package by phone.
